Cookies Policy
Effective date: 22 September 2026
This policy explains cookies and similar technologies on lottopark.com and casino.lottopark.com, the purposes they can serve and how to manage your choices. It should be read with our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is handled and how to exercise your rights.
LottoPark is operated by 3-102-967075 Sociedad de Responsabilidad Limitada, a company registered in the Republic of Costa Rica under registration number 3-102-967075, with its registered office at Province 01 San Jose, Canton 02 Escazu, San Rafael, Spazio Ejecutivo Building, Fourth Floor, Office Seventeen, Costa Rica. 1. What cookies and similar technologies do
A cookie is a small piece of information stored in your browser when you visit a website. It can help a website recognise a session, remember a choice or connect a visit with an earlier interaction. Similar purposes can be served by local storage, pixels, tags and technologies used in embedded services.
Some technologies are provided by LottoPark; others may be placed or accessed by a provider involved in a feature you use. A session cookie normally lasts for a browsing session. A persistent cookie remains until its expiry or earlier deletion. Local storage can remain until it is cleared. The correct duration depends on the individual technology, not simply its category.
2. The main categories
- Strictly necessary: technologies needed to provide a service you request, such as maintaining a secure login, remembering an order during checkout, protecting a payment flow or storing your privacy choices. Blocking these can prevent the relevant feature from working.
- Preferences: technologies that remember choices such as language or display settings. Whether a particular preference technology needs consent depends on its purpose and the applicable rules.
- Analytics: technologies used to understand visits, navigation, errors and the performance of pages or features. Optional analytics is separate from what is needed to operate an account or complete an order.
- Advertising and affiliate attribution: technologies that connect visits or eligible activity with campaigns, referrals or advertising audiences. These are not essential simply because they help measure marketing or calculate an affiliate commission.
- Embedded services: technologies associated with a payment page, game, media item or other external feature. The provider and purpose of each technology determine how it should be categorised.
An identifier does not have to contain your name to be personal information. If it can be connected to you, your device or your account, data-protection rules may apply.
3. Consent and your choices
Our policy requires optional technologies that need consent to remain inactive until you make an informed, positive choice. Simply visiting the website, continuing to browse or accepting our Terms and Conditions is not consent to optional tracking.
If a consent panel is presented, you can use its controls to accept or reject optional purposes and adjust your selections. Rejecting optional analytics or advertising does not remove your entitlement to use the core service. Strictly necessary technologies are handled separately because the requested feature may depend on them.
You can withdraw consent for future optional tracking. Where a feature provides consent controls, use them to change your choice. If you need help withdrawing a previous choice, contact [email protected] for assistance. Withdrawal does not change the lawfulness of processing that took place before it. Browser controls provide additional options, but deleting stored cookies does not, by itself, tell every provider to delete information already received.
4. Browser and device controls
Your browser settings allow you to manage cookies and stored website data. You can inspect or remove data associated with lottopark.com and casino.lottopark.com and use the blocking controls available in your browser. Official instructions are available for:
- Google Chrome — clearing cookies and other browsing data.
- Microsoft Edge — viewing, allowing, blocking and deleting cookies.
- Mozilla Firefox — clearing cookies and site data.
- Safari on iPhone — clearing website data and managing cookies.
Blocking all cookies may sign you out, remove saved preferences or interrupt account, order, payment or game functions. You can choose targeted controls instead of assuming every cookie must remain enabled. Private browsing does not necessarily block all tracking.
Choices may be specific to a browser or device. Clearing stored data or switching browsers can also remove a saved preference, so you may need to make your choices again.
5. External providers
Payment and game services can involve external providers. Their own notices explain any processing they carry out independently, including the data they receive and the controls they provide. Following a link to another website may bring you under that website’s own cookie and privacy arrangements.
A reference to a third-party service does not mean that every technology it uses is necessary. The purpose and consent requirements of each implementation must be considered separately.
6. Updates and help
This policy may be updated when technologies or services change. Where a change needs a new choice or additional information, we provide it before the relevant optional processing begins.
If you need help understanding a technology or managing a choice on LottoPark, email [email protected]. Support can explain the available controls, but cannot remotely clear cookies from your device. For requests about personal information already held, see our Privacy Policy.
