Responsible Gambling

Effective date: 22 September 2026

Lotteries and casino games involve financial risk. They should be treated as paid entertainment, never as a way to earn a regular income, repay debt or solve money problems. There is no guaranteed winning strategy, and you can lose the money you spend.

This policy applies across lottopark.com and casino.lottopark.com, including lottery entries, number games, bundles, scratchcards, minigames and casino play. A bonus, free ticket, reward or promotional offer should never be a reason to spend beyond your budget or continue when you want to stop.

If gambling is becoming difficult to control, stop playing and contact [email protected] for help with your account. Independent support services are listed below.

1. Keep money and time in perspective

  • Set a budget before you start. Use only money you can afford to lose after essential expenses, savings and other commitments.
  • Decide how long to spend and take regular breaks. Set reminders outside the website if they help you keep track.
  • Count spending across all gambling websites and products, including lottery bundles and repeated draws, rather than looking at one purchase in isolation.
  • Never borrow money, use funds needed for bills or gamble to recover earlier losses.
  • Avoid gambling when upset, exhausted or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • Do not increase your budget because a jackpot is large, a promotion is ending or you are close to a reward.
  • Review your account activity and payment records regularly. Include time spent thinking about gambling as well as time spent playing.

Winning once does not make a later win more likely. Buying more entries increases your spending; it does not guarantee a prize. Casino outcomes and returns depend on the rules of the individual game, and past results do not promise future results.

2. Ask about limits and account restrictions

You can email [email protected] to request a deposit limit or another restriction on your gambling. State the amount and period you want to use, such as a daily, weekly or monthly budget. A limit must be personal to what you can afford; we do not recommend a universal amount for every player.

Support will confirm the restriction that can be applied, the products and accounts it covers, its calculation, start time and any reset period. A deposit limit controls new money added to an account; it is not the same as a limit on stakes, losses or an existing balance. If the requested limit cannot be enforced for a product, we will offer an account-access restriction instead and explain this before you rely on it.

Requests to set or reduce a restriction receive priority and are acted on as soon as practicable, with a target of no later than 24 hours after we receive a request that identifies the account. We confirm when the restriction takes effect. We do not increase or remove a financial limit at your request until at least 24 hours have passed and you have positively confirmed the change. A self-exclusion cannot be overridden through a limit-change request.

If gambling feels difficult to control, ask for a break or self-exclusion rather than relying only on a financial limit. Limits can help you manage access and spending, but do not make gambling risk-free.

3. Taking a break or requesting self-exclusion

A short break, ordinary account closure and self-exclusion serve different purposes. If you want to stop because gambling is causing harm or feels difficult to control, clearly request self-exclusion for responsible-gambling reasons.

  • Time-out: you can request a break of 24 hours, seven days or 30 days. A time-out cannot be shortened once it starts. You may ask to extend it or move to self-exclusion at any time.
  • Self-exclusion: you can choose six months, one year, five years or a permanent exclusion. A fixed exclusion cannot be shortened or lifted during the selected period. A permanent exclusion is not eligible for reopening.
  1. Email [email protected], preferably from your registered email address. For exclusion, use the subject “Responsible gambling — self-exclusion request”.
  2. Include enough information to identify your account and state the period requested. You do not need to explain a diagnosis or provide medical records. If you cannot access the registered email, tell support so your identity can be checked through another appropriate route.
  3. Tell us about any other LottoPark accounts associated with you, outstanding withdrawal requests and confirmed lottery orders. An exclusion covers both lottopark.com and casino.lottopark.com and all gambling products supplied by the operator.

We act on an identifiable time-out or self-exclusion request as soon as practicable, with a target of applying the restriction no later than 24 hours after receipt. This is not a waiting period: a restriction is applied sooner whenever possible. We send confirmation of the scope, activation time and chosen period. A restriction period runs from activation.

Stop playing as soon as you decide to request exclusion. Sending an email is not a technical guarantee that access has already been blocked. Use independent blocking tools or banking controls where available while the request is handled. If confirmation has not arrived within 24 hours, follow up with support.

Self-exclusion does not reopen automatically when the selected period ends. For a fixed exclusion, you must contact support after the period ends, complete a review and then allow at least 24 hours to cool off before any reopening. Access is restored only after you positively confirm the request and we confirm the reopening. We may maintain a restriction where required by law or justified by continuing concerns about gambling harm.

Do not open another account, use someone else’s account or attempt to bypass a restriction. We will restrict accounts identified as being used to evade an exclusion. LottoPark exclusion does not automatically restrict unrelated gambling websites; consider additional exclusions and blocking measures for other services you use.

4. Balances, orders and promotional messages

A time-out or self-exclusion prevents new gambling during the restriction. It does not automatically cancel a valid entry already confirmed for a draw or remove your entitlement to legitimate winnings. We will identify outstanding entries and unsettled activity and explain how they will be resolved under the relevant rules.

We arrange the return of your withdrawable cash balance, subject to necessary identity, payment-ownership and legal checks. You do not have to place further bets, complete a promotional target or reopen access to gambling to receive legitimate cash funds. Unreleased promotional funds are handled separately under the accepted bonus rules; they are not a reason to delay withdrawal of eligible cash.

As part of a time-out or self-exclusion, we stop gambling promotions associated with your account as soon as practicable, with a target of no later than 24 hours after the identifiable request. We also instruct relevant marketing providers to suppress your details. Essential messages about security, your restriction, withdrawals or outstanding entries may still be sent.

Marketing will not resume automatically when a selected exclusion period ends. Any later promotional contact must respect your marketing choices and applicable law. General advertising not directed at your account may still be visible, and you can use browser or platform controls to reduce it.

5. Signs that it is time to stop

Consider whether any of these describe your experience:

  • You spend more money or time than intended, or find it difficult to stop.
  • You chase losses, borrow money or use money needed for essentials.
  • You hide gambling, spending or losses from people close to you.
  • Gambling affects sleep, work, studies, relationships or activities you used to enjoy.
  • You gamble to escape distress, or feel anxious, irritable or preoccupied when you cannot gamble.
  • You feel you need to gamble more often or spend more to get the same excitement.

You do not have to wait for a crisis to seek support. These signs are prompts to reflect and get help, not a diagnosis. A trusted person or an independent support service can help you consider the next step.

6. Independent support

  • Gambling Therapy offers free online practical advice and emotional support to people affected by gambling worldwide, with multilingual support options.
  • GamCare provides information, support and routes to help for people affected by gambling, with services focused on Great Britain.
  • Gamblers Anonymous — England, Wales and Ulster provides information about peer-support meetings in the areas it serves.

Visit the organisation’s website for current availability, eligibility and contact options. These organisations are independent of LottoPark. You can seek help for your own gambling or because you are worried about someone else.

If you are in immediate danger or feel at risk of harming yourself, contact your local emergency service or a crisis service in your country now. LottoPark customer support is not an emergency or clinical service.

7. Protecting children and account access

LottoPark is available only to people aged at least 18 and any higher minimum age required for the relevant service where they are located. Never allow a child or another person to use your account.

  • Keep passwords, payment details and devices secure, and sign out when you finish.
  • Avoid saving account credentials on devices used by children.
  • Use suitable parental controls, content filters and device restrictions where needed.
  • Contact support if you believe an underage person has opened or accessed an account.

Account information and verification may be requested to establish eligibility. See our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy for the relevant account and information-handling provisions.

8. Contact LottoPark
