Terms and Conditions

Effective date: 22 September 2026

These Terms explain how you may use LottoPark, how orders and game entries are handled, and the rights and responsibilities that apply to your account. Please read them together with the rules for the product you choose and any promotion you decide to accept.

LottoPark is operated by 3-102-967075 Sociedad de Responsabilidad Limitada, a company registered in the Republic of Costa Rica under registration number 3-102-967075, with its registered office at Province 01 San Jose, Canton 02 Escazu, San Rafael, Spazio Ejecutivo Building, Fourth Floor, Office Seventeen, Costa Rica. In these Terms, “LottoPark”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that company.

These Terms cover services supplied by us on lottopark.com and casino.lottopark.com. A third-party website reached through a link has its own terms. For account assistance or a complaint, contact [email protected].

The company identified above is the contracting operator for both domains and remains responsible to you for its obligations, including where it uses a lottery intermediary, game supplier, payment processor or other service provider. Those suppliers do not replace the company as your contracting operator.

You must be at least 18, or the higher minimum age that applies where you live or use the service. Gambling is entertainment involving financial risk; it does not provide a reliable income.

1. Your agreement with us

You must accept these Terms when registering and any material update when acceptance is required. Before submitting an order, entering a game or activating a promotion, review the price, product description and applicable conditions.

The rules shown for a particular product govern its draw, gameplay, entry and prize calculation. The Bonus Policy and the specific offer terms govern an accepted promotion. Specific rules supplement these Terms and do not remove rights that applicable law gives you. If information conflicts or a material condition is missing, contact us before committing funds.

Our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy explain data use. Accepting these Terms is not a substitute for any separate consent required for marketing, optional cookies or other processing.

2. Eligibility and where you may play

You may use the service only for yourself, for lawful personal entertainment, and where the particular product is permitted. You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement and must not be self-excluded from a service covered by your exclusion.

LottoPark restricted countries: We do not accept registrations or gambling participation from people resident in or accessing the service from Afghanistan (AF); Burundi (BI); Belarus (BY); Democratic Republic of the Congo (CD); Central African Republic (CF); Côte d’Ivoire (CI); Cuba (CU); Eritrea (ER); Guinea-Bissau (GW); Iraq (IQ); North Korea (KP); Lebanon (LB); Liberia (LR); Libya (LY); Mali (ML); Myanmar (MM); Poland (PL); Russia (RU); Sudan (SD); Somalia (SO); South Sudan (SS); Syria (SY); Tunisia (TN); Ukraine (UA); United States (US); Venezuela (VE); Yemen (YE); and Zimbabwe (ZW).

This is LottoPark’s own country-restriction list. Other locations remain subject to local law, applicable sanctions, provider restrictions and the eligibility conditions of the relevant product. Absence from this list is not a representation that a product is lawful or authorised in every other jurisdiction.

Products, promotions and payment methods may be restricted by country, location, provider rules or verification status. A page being accessible, a currency being displayed or a payment method being listed does not establish your eligibility. Do not use a VPN, proxy, inaccurate address or another person's account to evade a restriction.

We may decline new registrations or entries where we cannot lawfully supply the service or complete required checks. This does not automatically extinguish a valid existing balance or claim. We will handle outstanding funds and accepted entries in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

3. Accounts, security and verification

Keep your registration, contact, residence and payment information accurate and current. Use one personal account unless we expressly authorise a documented exception, such as resolving a migration issue. Accounts must not be shared, sold or used for someone else's gambling.

Keep your login credentials confidential and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. We will investigate reported account misuse; responsibility for a loss depends on the circumstances and applicable law.

We may request evidence of identity, age, address, ownership of a payment method and, where relevant, the source of funds or wealth. Checks may take place before or during use of the service and before payment of winnings. Supply documents only through the secure method specified by our support team; never post identity or payment documents in a public or player chat.

Access or a transaction may be restricted while a necessary check is unresolved. We will explain the information needed and the reason for a restriction unless disclosure is legally prohibited. Verification delays do not by themselves entitle us to confiscate legitimate funds.

4. Lottery fulfilment and other products

LottoPark provides international lottery-related participation, Keno and Pick games, bundles, syndicates, mini games and digital scratchcards. LottoPark Casino provides casino games, including slots, table games and live games, where available. The product description, accepted entry and relevant rules identify what you select.

For lottery-related orders, our fulfilment intermediary may purchase an official lottery ticket on your behalf or arrange an insurance-backed prize-payment model for the accepted entry. The intermediary selects the fulfilment method when processing the entry, taking account of the lottery, jackpot value and commercial viability. This choice is made before the relevant draw and must not alter the accepted prize basis after the result is known.

  • Purchased-ticket fulfilment: an official entry is acquired through the intermediary for the selected draw and held within the fulfilment chain for processing and claims. Your entitlement relates to the accepted entry or, for a syndicate, your confirmed share. Official lottery rules govern the underlying ticket and prize claim.
  • Insurance-backed fulfilment: an accepted entry is settled by reference to the relevant draw under our contractual prize-payment obligation. This method does not necessarily involve purchasing an official ticket and does not give you ownership of one. Insurance supports the fulfilment arrangement; it does not make you a policyholder or give you a direct claim against an insurer unless expressly stated.
  • Casino, proprietary number and instant games: the game's rules, paytable, stake and accepted record determine the result and prize. A product using lottery-related names or numbers is not automatically participation in an official national lottery.

Your system confirmation is the record of accepted participation, including the selected product, numbers or share, draw and amount. It is not, by itself, a scan or proof of ownership of a physical lottery ticket. Review the description of the fulfilment arrangement before ordering and contact support if you require clarification.

The company identified in these Terms is responsible for settling valid customer entitlements under the accepted rules. An intermediary's choice of fulfilment method, or a dispute between the company and a supplier or insurer, does not by itself remove that responsibility.

LottoPark is independent of national lottery organisers. Their names, results and trademarks identify the relevant draws and do not imply endorsement. Trademarks remain the property of their owners.

5. Prices, orders and confirmation

Check the product, selected numbers, number of lines, stake, draw date, currency and final price before confirming. A lottery service price may include a service charge and may differ from the face value of the underlying ticket. Applicable charges must be disclosed before acceptance.

Unless a product expressly sets a different limit before acceptance, a standard lottery order may contain up to 20 tickets, with up to 25 lines per ticket, and a total value of no more than US$1,000 or its equivalent in the account currency. The checkout shows the applicable order total and any product-specific restriction before you confirm.

An account deposit is not an order or a game entry. A payment receipt or basket selection alone does not establish that a requested entry has been accepted. Check the order or ticket confirmation in your account and contact us promptly if it is missing or incorrect.

Order cut-offs may precede the official draw time to allow processing. The draw identified in the accepted confirmation determines the intended entry. If we cannot fulfil an order for that draw, we will explain the issue and arrange an appropriate refund or an alternative you agree to. We will not silently move an unfulfilled order to a different lottery or draw.

Once an entry has been accepted and committed to a draw or a game round has started, it normally cannot be changed or cancelled at your request. This does not remove any refund or other remedy available for an unfulfilled order, our error or under applicable law.

A bundle contains the entries and quantities stated in its description. Check whether it covers one or more draws. Buying a bundle does not guarantee a prize or change the odds of an individual line. A recurring purchase requires clear disclosure and your express agreement; an ordinary purchase is not permission for indefinite automatic charges.

Syndicate participation: a syndicate order purchases the share described in the offer, rather than an exclusive entitlement to every entry in the group. Before payment, review the included draws and entries, total number of shares, your allocated shares, total price and prize-sharing rules. Your prize fraction is your number of confirmed shares divided by the total number of shares stated in the accepted syndicate offer, after the deductions disclosed for that product. Unsold shares do not increase your allocation unless the offer expressly says so. Participation in one draw does not automatically create a recurring commitment.

6. Results, prizes and claims

Estimated jackpots and converted currency displays are indicative. The final prize depends on the relevant rules, valid winning entries, prize sharing, applicable deductions and, where relevant, the difference between an annuity and a cash option. Do not interpret an advertised annuity jackpot as a guaranteed immediate cash payment.

Official lottery results determine prizes for messenger entries. For another draw-based or casino product, the applicable rules and valid settlement record determine the outcome. A website display error does not create a winning entitlement, and a delayed display does not cancel a valid claim.

For lottery-related entries that mirror an official prize schedule, the matching prize category is based on the organiser’s confirmed amount, subject to the accepted product rules, share allocation, applicable taxes, disclosed charges and currency conversion. Distinct products, including reduced-prize variants and syndicates, pay according to their stated prize table or share; displaying an official jackpot does not override that calculation.

Validated winnings are credited or paid using the applicable claim procedure. Large prizes are handled individually with you. Depending on the fulfilment method and lottery rules, the process may require enhanced verification, claim documents, handling of an original ticket where one was purchased, attendance or direct participation in the organiser’s claim process. We will explain the steps, relevant deadlines, payment arrangements and any costs disclosed under the accepted rules. An individual claim process does not allow the company to negotiate away a valid prize or introduce an undisclosed commission after the win.

Prize-claim deadlines vary by product. Follow the applicable rules and respond promptly to requests needed to complete a claim. We remain responsible for carrying out the claim-handling duties we have undertaken.

Any legally required tax withholding or other mandatory deduction will be explained where permitted. You are responsible for your own reporting and tax obligations. Where a prize is converted into another currency, the conversion basis and applicable charges must be identified in the settlement information.

7. Casino rounds and interruptions

Read the rules and paytable before playing. Check the stake, eligible combinations, special features and any feature-purchase cost. A published return-to-player figure describes a theoretical long-term measure and does not predict the result of your session.

A round is accepted only when recorded by the gaming system. If your connection drops, do not assume that the round has been cancelled. Check your game and transaction history before repeating an action.

An interrupted or disputed round will be reviewed against the available transaction and provider records. We will apply the relevant game rules and explain any correction or refund. A technical issue does not automatically justify cancelling unrelated valid winnings or all activity on your account.

8. Deposits, currency and payment methods

Use only your own funds and a payment method you are lawfully entitled to use. LottoPark uses EUR as its account currency. A local-currency payment may be converted into EUR, and conversion or provider charges may affect the amount credited. Review the currency and payment total before confirming.

The standard minimum deposit is €10 and the standard maximum is €2,500 per transaction. A payment provider or an account restriction may impose a different limit shown before you confirm. A minimum deposit does not require you to deposit more money in order to recover an existing withdrawable balance.

Card payments, open banking, local payment options and supported cryptocurrency methods may be available depending on your country and account. The Payment Methods guide explains the process; the transaction screen shows the options available for your payment.

Funds become available after the payment is received and confirmed. Provider authorisation, bank processing, verification and blockchain confirmations may cause delays. Do not repeat a payment solely because the balance has not updated; first check the transaction status or contact support.

For cryptocurrency, use the exact asset, network, address and any required reference displayed for that payment. Cryptocurrency transfers can be irreversible and values can change. An unsupported asset or network, or an incorrect address, may prevent recovery. Never assume that a previously used address remains valid.

Your account is for using the service; it is not a bank account or an investment product. Insurance arranged for lottery prize settlement must not be understood as insurance of your account balance or a bank-deposit protection scheme. Do not use it to transfer money for another person or to conduct currency exchange unrelated to legitimate use of the service.

9. Withdrawals and refunds

Request a withdrawal through the withdrawal area of your account. The available methods may differ from deposit methods. Payments must go to an account or wallet you are entitled to use and whose ownership can be verified. A return to the original funding method may be required by payment rules; if it is unavailable, we will agree an appropriate verified alternative.

Review the available balance, method, currency, limits and any disclosed fee before submitting. If a method's minimum prevents you from withdrawing a remaining legitimate balance, contact support for an appropriate way to return it. A processing estimate is not a guarantee of bank or blockchain arrival time.

The general minimum withdrawal is €10. Method-specific minimums are €25 for bank transfers and €50 for Bitcoin; for other supported methods, check the amount displayed in the cashier. Any different provider minimum or transaction maximum must be disclosed before submission. A method limit is not a cap on your entitlement to valid winnings.

LottoPark charges no withdrawal processing fee. Bank, intermediary, currency-conversion and blockchain charges may still apply and affect the amount received. Any applicable provider charge must be shown or explained before the payment is authorised.

We aim to review a withdrawal within 3 business days after receiving a complete request and the information reasonably needed for verification. After approval and release, bank transfers are normally expected within 3–5 business days and cryptocurrency payouts within 1–3 business days. These are processing estimates, not guaranteed arrival times. A complex prize claim, a specific compliance review or a provider/network delay can take longer; we will explain the reason and next step where legally permitted. For these service estimates, a business day means Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Costa Rica; the receiving bank may observe other holidays.

A withdrawal may require identity, payment-ownership, fraud or other legally required checks. We will not require you to keep gambling merely to obtain your own unspent deposit or cash winnings. Bonus restrictions apply to promotional funds as explained in the accepted offer and Bonus Policy.

We may delay or restrict a payment where reasonably necessary to investigate a specific suspected fraud, resolve payment ownership or comply with law. We will keep the restriction proportionate, explain it where legally permitted and release funds when the lawful reason for withholding them ends.

Contact us if a payment is unauthorised or incorrect. These Terms do not remove your statutory rights or legitimate rights to raise a payment dispute with your provider. Fraudulent chargebacks or false payment claims are prohibited.

10. Bonuses, tickets offered as rewards and loyalty

Promotions are optional and subject to their stated eligibility, activation, expiry and withdrawal conditions. The main balance, bonus balance, discount points and membership level points are different. Do not assume that a reward can be withdrawn as cash or used for every product.

A free-ticket promotion may require a qualifying deposit and a promo code applied before payment. Casino bonuses may require activation before deposit and qualifying play before promotional funds become withdrawable. The specific offer must explain these conditions.

Loyalty discount points may reduce the price of an eligible order within the available redemption limits. Level points record progress towards membership status and are not spendable money. A tier's percentage limit is not an automatic discount without sufficient eligible points.

11. Responsible play and account closure

Set a budget and time limit you can comfortably afford, and stop if gambling no longer feels under control. Read our Responsible Gambling page for practical guidance and independent support resources.

To request a break, limits, self-exclusion or account closure, contact [email protected] from your registered email address. Account breaks and self-exclusion cover both lottopark.com and casino.lottopark.com. We act as soon as practicable and aim to apply an identifiable self-exclusion request within 24 hours of receipt. Do not continue playing while a request is being handled; an email alone is not confirmation that the technical block is already active.

You may request a break of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days, or self-exclusion for 6 months, 1 year, 5 years or permanently. Self-exclusion cannot be shortened during the chosen period. A time-limited exclusion does not reopen automatically: after it ends, a fresh request and at least 24 hours of cooling-off are required before any reopening is considered. Permanent self-exclusion is not eligible for reopening. Gambling marketing is suppressed as part of self-exclusion. See the Responsible Gambling page for the full procedure.

Do not create or use another account to bypass an exclusion. Closing or restricting an account does not automatically cancel a valid previously accepted entry or remove your entitlement to legitimate funds. Outstanding entries and balances remain subject to their applicable rules and lawful verification.

12. Misuse, investigations and fair treatment

Fraud, money laundering, payment misuse, deliberate exploitation of a technical fault, prohibited automation, collusion and attempts to bypass security or eligibility controls are not permitted. Do not impersonate another user, harass others, publish private data or distribute harmful content through community features.

We may investigate suspected misuse and restrict the affected activity while doing so. A shared connection or device alone is not conclusive proof of wrongdoing. Where a breach is established, action must relate to that breach and be proportionate. We will explain material account decisions and any adjustment to funds unless law prevents disclosure.

We may correct a demonstrable accounting error using the relevant records. We will identify the adjustment and allow you to challenge it. These Terms do not give us an unrestricted right to seize deposits or unrelated winnings, or to make an unappealable decision about your funds.

We may report suspected unlawful activity to competent authorities and share necessary information with relevant service providers where there is a lawful basis, as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Service availability and responsibility

Maintenance, provider outages, interrupted connections and events outside reasonable control can affect availability. We will take reasonable steps to restore affected services and deal with accepted orders, game rounds and outstanding balances fairly.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a winning outcome or the availability of every product in every country. This does not exclude responsibility for obligations we have undertaken or for losses for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. An order refund does not automatically replace a further remedy required by law.

Website content and software are protected by their owners' intellectual property rights. You may use them for permitted personal access to the service; you may not copy or exploit them commercially without permission.

14. Complaints and disputes

Send a complaint to [email protected], preferably from your registered email. Include the relevant order, ticket, round or transaction reference, the date, a description of the issue and the outcome you seek. Do not include your password or full card details.

We aim to acknowledge a complaint within 2 business days and provide a reasoned response within 28 calendar days of receiving it. If more time is needed, we will explain why, give an expected next step and provide progress updates at least every 7 calendar days while the complaint remains unresolved, unless disclosure is legally restricted. If you disagree, ask for a review and retain the correspondence. A valid complaint is not rejected merely because three days have passed; applicable legal time limits remain unchanged.

This procedure does not prevent you from using remedies available under applicable law, including contacting a competent consumer or data-protection authority or bringing proceedings before a court with jurisdiction.

15. Changes and applicable rights

We will make the current Terms available on this page and communicate material changes before they apply, obtaining renewed acceptance where required. Changes apply prospectively and do not retrospectively alter an accepted entry, an earned prize or a promotion already accepted, except where required by law or agreed with you.

If you do not accept a material change, you may stop using the service and request account closure and return of your legitimate balance, subject to outstanding entries and lawful checks. Existing obligations are not removed merely by changing platform or operator details.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica, subject to mandatory consumer protections and other rights that apply to you. The courts of Costa Rica have non-exclusive jurisdiction. This does not prevent you from bringing proceedings in another court available to you under mandatory law, or contacting an authority competent to consider your complaint.

If a provision cannot lawfully be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted. A delay in enforcing a right does not itself waive that right.
