The withdrawal options are negotiated each time individually with the customer. For the winnings up to 10 000€, the possible withdrawal methods are wire transfer or BTC (Bitcoin). In a case of higher winnings, the possible methods are personal ticket pickup on a chosen day and place, shipment of the ticket using an insured parcel service, collection of the winning by LottoPark and transferring it to the winner in an individually negotiated method, convenient for the customer.
Depending on the selected payment method, it may take up to 60 minutes for the funds to show up on your account . The deposit amount or the purchased tickets will be visible on your account within 60 minutes.
