Whenever making a deposit, Lottopark applies no deposit fees. Whenever a withdrawal is requested, fees of between 0% and 7% may apply depending on the type of withdrawal, but at least 15€. In addition, depending on the payment service provider, you may incur bank charges over which we have no control.
In order to purchase lotto tickets or make a deposit, you can use a wide variety of payment methods. At this moment, you can make a deposit with your credit/debit card, or an instant online bank transfer via Directa24, Fluterwave or eWallet: PayOp, ecoPayz, AstroPay and cryptocurrency. The withdrawal options are negotiated each time individually with the customer. For the winnings up to 10 000€, the possible withdrawal methods are wire transfer or BTC (Bitcoin). In a case of higher winnings, the possible methods are personal ticket pickup on a chosen day and place, shipment of the ticket using an insured parcel service, collection of the winning by LottoPark and transferring it to the winner in an individually negotiated method, convenient for the customer.
Depending on the selected payment method, it may take up to 60 minutes for the funds to show up on your account . The deposit amount or the purchased tickets will be visible on your account within 60 minutes.
If the deposited amount or the tickets you have bought won’t be visible on your account after this time, please contact our support team immediately.
Your card transaction may be rejected due to many possible reasons such as insufficient funds, incorrect card details, restrictions on usage, etc. Please try to make a new transaction and if it is not successful, contact your bank for further assistance or you may use a different card.
You can check your transaction history on the website by logging in and going to the “My Account” page. Click on the “Transactions” tab to see all your transactions.
