Hatoslottó is one of the most popular lotteries in Hungary. It is operated by Szerencsejáték Zrt., the Hungarian state lottery.
The game is simple: pick 6 numbers from 1 to 45. Hatoslottó is drawn twice a week: on Thursday at 20:45 and on Sunday at 16:00 Budapest time. The Thursday draw was added on 4 September 2025.

How to play Hatoslottó
Hatoslottó is a 6/45 lottery: on each line you pick 6 numbers from 1 to 45. You can choose them yourself or use Quick Pick for a random selection. One line costs 500 Ft in Hungary (the official price since 6 August 2026); at LottoPark the price is shown in your account currency.
Hatoslottó is drawn twice a week: on Thursday at 20:45 and on Sunday at 16:00 Budapest time. The Thursday draw was added on 4 September 2025. Your line wins a prize if at least 3 of the drawn numbers match your numbers.

There are four prize tiers. All of them are pari-mutuel – the amounts are not fixed but depend on ticket sales and on the number of winners in each tier.

The Hatoslottó jackpot
To win the jackpot you need to match all 6 numbers – the odds are 1 in 8,145,060. If nobody does, the jackpot rolls over to the next draw and keeps growing. There is no guaranteed jackpot: its size is the result of ticket sales and the number of rollovers, so it can climb high after a series of draws without a winner.
Two Hatoslottó draws a week
Since 4 September 2025 Hatoslottó has had a second weekly draw on Thursday evening, in addition to the traditional Sunday afternoon draw. That means two chances every week to win a prize or the jackpot.
