Mega Sena prizes & jackpot for regular draws
For a regular draw, the Mega Sena jackpot starts at R$ 3,000,000 (approximately € 480,000). If no one wins the largest Mega Sena prize, the jackpot rolls over with no upper limit. It means that the Brazilian lottery jackpot can grow until the day when at least one lucky player will check the newest Mega Sena results and winning numbers and find out that he won. The chances of winning the Mega Sena jackpot are 1 in 50,063,860.
In addition to the jackpot, the Brazilian lotto offers the next two tiers of Mega Sena prizes. To win the second tier prize, a player must match 5 numbers, while to win the third tier prize, a player must match 4 numbers.
