The drawing on Wednesday, 14 October 2026 produced the white balls 3, 34, 37, 42 and 46 and the red Powerball 20, with a 3x Power Play. By drawing time the jackpot estimate had reached US$566 million (cash value US$231.9 million), but no ticket matched all six numbers.
One ticket sold in Minnesota matched all five white balls and had Power Play added, which turned the US$1 million second prize into US$2 million. There was no plain US$1 million Match 5 winner.
