Can I pick some of the lines by myself and other ones with the quick pick?

Yes. It’s up to the user to decide how many lines will be picked by himself and how many will be picked by the automatic quick pick.

We encourage to use quick pick for the most of lines to make them as diversed as possible and increase your winning chances.

Can LottoPark send the original ticket to the customer?

Yes, it’s possible. Receiving the original ticket is possible via a courier service company for an additional fee, negotiated individually with the customer. Shipping costs depend on where the ticket is being sent from and where it is being delivered.

Does LottoPark scan the customer’s tickets?

No. We don’t scan our customer’s paper tickets. Our agents buy thousands of tickets for our customers every day. It would take a lot of time to scan them all and would increase the costs, so we’d have to raise the ticket prices at LottoPark.
The player can check the numbers he has picked anytime in the dashboard.

How can I buy lotto tickets online?

You need to open a free user account on our website and choose the lottery you want to play. Each lottery requires a minimum number of lines (sets of numbers) to be picked. You can pick the numbers by yourself or by using our quick-pick tool. Payment is the final step. Choose “Pay Now”, select your preferred payment method, and make the payment.

What does “quick pick” mean?

You can use the “quick pick” feature while ordering the tickets. Quick pick feature allows to pick the numbers automatically by our system, fully at random. This is an alternative to picking the numbers by yourself. Numbers generated  by using the quick pick feature participate in the draw in the same manner as the ones picked by hand and allow to receive a prize in case they match the drawn ones.

What does the “Pending” message displayed in the next draw countdown box mean?

“Pending” message in the countdown box is displayed, when the tickets for the next draw are no longer being sold and we are waiting for the draw results.

This message will disappear, when the results will be verified and the prize pool for the next draw will be validated. A new countdown for the particular lottery will be displayed then.

What does the “tickets for the nearest draw are no longer available” message mean?

This message is displayed when the tickets for the nearest draw are no longer available. Tickets for the particular draw can be bought up to 2 hours before the draw.

Our agents need some time to buy the tickets on the customer’s behalf. When the tickets for the nearest draw are no longer available, the customer can buy tickets for the next draw of the selected lottery.

What does the number of lines mean?

The customer needs to pick the numbers and the required minimum number of lines (sets of numbers to participate in the draw) while buying lottery tickets. Depending on their personal preferences, users can pick the minimum number of lines or more sets of numbers.

Each line should consist of varying numbers—at least one of the numbers should be different from the sets in other lines. If you want to make your winning chances bigger, you should go for completely different numbers in each of the lines.
